Olivia is unlike any massage therapist I’ve been to. Her approach is much closer to an osteopath than a traditional massage therapist. Instead of simply working on sore muscles, she takes the time to assess your body, identify the root cause of your pain, and explain exactly what’s going on. Her knowledge of anatomy and how the body functions is incredibly impressive, and I always leave understanding my body better than when I arrived. This is not your typical deep tissue massage. Every session is thoughtful, targeted, and focused on addressing the underlying issue rather than providing temporary relief. If you’ve been dealing with pain and traditional massages haven’t helped, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Olivia. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely committed to helping you feel better.

After I got stood up by somebody in Atlanta, I decided to look for somebody close to home last minute. Monica was able to accommodate my daughter, getting her first facial for her 10th birthday, and she was wonderful. My daughter enjoyed her service so much! I just want to leave this review because this was one of the best cosmetic experiences I’ve ever had, and it boosted my confidence tremendously. I originally thought I had skin tags, but they actually turned out to be something else that I can’t remember the name of. She quickly identified what they were right away, which showed me that she really knows what she’s talking about and what she’s doing. One was inside my nostril, and the other was on my subnasal area. I reached out to her, and she honored the Groupon price I originally saw. I wanted to write a new review but google will only allow me to edit an old review. Four years later and I still love this place. As an African America woman I tend to go to African American establishment because I feel they would understand my skin and hair better, however I found Epi Skin years aga and they are the only establishment I allow to work on my face. They are always so knowledgeable about all skin no matter the race. Yesterday I had an appointment because something I was using caused a severe reaction. My cheeks and chin were dry and felt a bit burnt. Monica looked at my skin and knew exactly what was wrong, she dissected the products I used and told me what in the product may have caused the reaction. One hour of relaxing face washing and treatment. I went home and did the things she recommend and the dry irritating feeling has subsided. Thank you so much Monica….. I absolutely love this place, Monica and her apprentice were absolutely amazing. The apprentice was very knowledgeable about the products and gave great recommendations for my skin. While waiting for my face masks to dry I appreciate the fact that she went above and beyond by giving me a massage. I recommend this place to EVERYONE because they are so enthused about skin care and also because the prices are very fair.
