Which massage is right for me?
- To relax and unwind: Swedish massage, our classic full-body relaxation massage (60 or 90 minutes, $85–$130).
- For chronic tension or problem areas: therapeutic massage, with focused pressure (60, 90 or 120 minutes, $105–$200). Add cupping and hot stones to release tight muscles and boost circulation ($125–$155).
- During pregnancy: prenatal massage, side-lying with supportive pillows, adjusted to your trimester (60 minutes $120, 90 minutes $165).
- Short on time: a 30-minute stretch session ($55) or foot reflexology ($75).
- Jaw tension or TMJ: sculptural or buccal facial massage ($75).
